•Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
•Comply with laws, regulations, HACCP, AIB (American Institute of Baking), Food Safety Standard Certification (FSSC) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements
•Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, Ageing report, stock movement report, warehouse utilization report, Returns report, transportation cost, On Time in Full OTIF, etc.,
