Working with Client compant to Review Engineering design package, specifications, calculation, data sheets prepared by EPIC Contractor for Common cooling water project and Sulphur /Acid Gas Recovery Unit projects.
Having reviewed FEED documents which floated to bidders for EPIC contracts, answered all Bidder’s technical queries, attended face to face meeting with all Bidders.
Currently working on EPIC, GSF ( Gas Sweetening Facility ) project comprised of AGRP ( Acid Gas recovery Plant ) and SRU ( Sulpher Recovery Unit), this project is now in construction/commissioning stage. Engineering packages had been reviewed in the Contractor’s premises at Sharjah.
Had witnessed FAT ( Factory Acceptance Test) for all Electrical Equipment like HV transformers ( 150MVA, Siemens - Konchar, Crotia), HV cables ( Saudi Cable, 132 KV), HV/LV Switchgears ( 33, 6.6 and 400V Schneider, Tukey), AC/DC UPS ( 100kVA, CEG, Italy), SCMS ( Supervisory Control and Monitoring System, ABB - Dubai) and HV Motors ( GE-Visa, Brazil).
Currently providing Construction support to Construction people by changing the appropriate changes in the design from construction point of view.
Involved in change management, change request, work change request (WCR), Technical deviation request (TDR) etc.
Currently working with Qatar petroleum as a Senior Electrical Engineer
o Reviewing Engineering design package, specifications, calculation, data sheets prepared by Engineering Consultants for Common cooling water project and Sulphur /Acid Gas Recovery Unit projects as a focal Electrical point.
o Reviewing FEED documents and floating to bidders for EPIC contracts, answering Bidder’s technical queries.
o Currently working on EPIC, GSF ( Gas Sweetening Facility ) project comprised of AGRP ( Acid Gas recovery Plant ) and SRU ( Sulpher Recovery Unit), this project is now in construction stage as its Detail Engineering Review had been completed in the Contractor’s premises at Sharjah.
o FAT ( Factory Acceptance Test ) for all major Electrical Equipment such as
• HV transformer, 150MVA, - Konchar, Crotia)
• HV cables (Saudi Cable, 132 KV) and system test with all accessories connected
• HV/LV Switchgears, 33 kV, 6.6kV
• AC/DC UPS
• SCMS ( Supervisory Control and Monitoring System)
• HV Motors
o Providing Construction support to Construction people by changing the appropriate changes in the design from construction point of view.
o Involved in change management, change request, work change request (WCR), Technical deviation request (TDR) etc.
o Conducting technical interview and select the Electrical Construction Supervisor for our projects
