• Training the housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.

A housekeeping coordinator works as a part of a team and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping unit. Insures that the team operates efficiently, meets performance, goals, timelines and standards. This role has direct involvement with both guests and management and strong communication skills are required.

Carry out operations for service excellence and answering the calls.
