Planed all required Schedule maintenance as per O.E.M Intervals. 300 U.S.R.T L.G Model WC2H - 034 hot water absorption chiller installed. Planed all Required Top -End overhauling and in Frame over Hauling and Major overhauling as per O.E.M Engine Time Intervals. Arrange Annual Maintenance of all Waste Heat Recovery Boilers and Chillers as per Due Dates. Manage All Chemical requirements and plan to control all dozing. Maintain spare parts, Gas and Diesel Engine Fuel Oil, Engines Lube Oil Stock and Inventory with consumable parts and all required local purchase. All Power Generation, Steam Generation, Raw Water Cooling Water Hot Water Daily, and Weekly Chemical Dozing Report Checked. Arrange Staff In House Training. Attend seminars and represent the company as per invitations. Attend In House Fire and Safety Courses, Seminars and drills, and Collaborate Mills Fire and Safety Department in Emergencies. Timely Submitted all correspondence reports and emails discussed b / w Higher Management and C.E.O and maintain its record properly. Timely Checked Energy Saving Activities in all required areas of Production, Planning, and Maintenance and arrange a meeting to achieve all targets for saving Water, Chemical, Steam, Condensate Water, Raw Water, Processes Water, and Cooling Systems Water, Machine Load and all Auxiliaries Load properly manage and day time energy-saving Issues.
