• Construction of a 5-star hotel, Service apartments, Residential apartments and a Floating Restaurant.
• Inspection of MEP services, including Electrical & Extra-Low voltage services including Life Safety systems, Security Systems, SMATV/IPTV, Audio-Visual systems & Structured Cabling systems.
• Ensure implementation of Quality Management System - including quality audits.
• Ensure site activities are aligned with project specifications and applicable codes.
• Coordinate site activities progress with the approved work inspection requests.
• Review and generate Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.
• Ensure project quality plans are amended when improved practices are identified on site.
• Generate methods of statement for all on-site activities.
• Implement the quality control programs and method of statements over all site activities.
• Arrange random checks and verification of proper record handling by the Contractors.
• Control all daily inspection activities on site.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager
• Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project
• Inspect all the materials delivered to the site and make sure it matches the approved material submittals (quantities and specifications).
• Manage work schedules and below professionals for site progress.
• Obtain drawing, material and on site work approvals from the consultant.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Installation of Air-cooled Chillers and Direct Extension units in 488 villas.
• Performing DDC Testing and Commissioning for the installed chillers, including the Commissioning of water and air balance.
• Infrastructure Works: Installation of 242 Solar Street lights in Emirati Housing Community, Yas Island.
• Installation of Service cabinets, Feeder pillars and a new substation.
• General Electrical Maintenance of the 488 villas and the chillers.
• Conducting inspection for the installed chillers, substation, testing and commissioning and the electrical maintenance works with the consultant.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
