» Ensure that all Mep site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan
» Supervision of installation of Fire Fighting sprinkler system, Fire Hose Cabinet.
» Coordinate with engineering when design / details are involved.
» Prepare the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings.
» Submittal/approval requirements, procurement, delivery receipt reporting to MEP manager.
» Coordinating with other services like civil and electrical Engineering department for the necessary changes and developments in the work.
» Preparing the Shop drawings with the aid of AutoCAD operators and drawings. Take-off of the needed material at site for the procurement.
» Managing and supervising all the inspection activities such as raise and follow up of MIR’s (Material Inspection Requests) and WIR’s (Work Inspection Requests) up to closing stage and regular Site Inspections for Haram Building Expansion (Mechanical).
» Send procurement schedule to project manager to complete the schedule with dates of material required on site.
» Report on changes and additions to contractual agreements by main contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
» Send out RFQ as per procurement schedule. Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to prepare techno-commercial comparison sheet to evaluate the quotation.
» Meet with suppliers to discuss the requirements of the offered quotation and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions.
» Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender) etc.
» Installations of Fire fighting, Plumbing and Duct work Services as per Approved shop drawing from the Consultant.
» Prepare Co-ordination drawing with draftsman and other disciplines engineer’s at site.
» Drive and implement safety and quality management systems and standards.
» Coordinating with the back office staff and / or supplier towards timely delivery of materials on site.
» Adhere to the contractual requirement for material specification and comply with company policies.

» Testing and commissioning of all HVAC System.
» Air Balancing of AHUs, FCU, Exhaust fan, Stair Pressurization Fan.
» Attending the co-ordination meeting with client on review of test packs and their testing.
» Organize, plan, manage and complete the activities, sorting them in a sequence, with safety and quality as the primary measures, within the scheduled time.
» Assessment, review and checking of data from Project Basis of Design
» Evaluation of design deliverables from Preliminary to Final design
» Responsible for Design drawing coordination from different Engineering Discipline
» In charge for shop drawing submission for consultants approval
» Coordination of design plans as per actual site conditions. •
» Compilation of design drawings and as built drawings for final submission to Client.
» Planning and submittals of drawings as per projects schedule date. •
» Decision making for technical issues regarding HVAC and Piping design

» Coordinating and following up the sub-contractors for the commencement of work as per approved engineering drawings.
» Planning, scheduling, communicating, supervising and coordinating activities.
» Walk through with Contractor & Consultant for Material Inspections of EM Equipment.
» Attending weekly meetings for update and solving the issues related to Site Execution and Quality Control.
» Raise RFI’s and TQ’s for solving and rectification of Technical issues.
» Developing detailed design drawings Installation,
» Testing and commissioning of HVACs systems like duct able and non-duct able split, central package unit and chiller package unit complete with accessories, fittings, insulation, etc. as per ashrae standards, etc.
