 Planning and scheduling of various projects using PRIMEVERA P6.
 Submission of the baseline program which includes Cost loaded bar chart, Activity movement chart, Baseline schedule report, Physical progress S curve, Progress payment S curve, Resource charts and tabulation of baseline activity cost.
 Preparation of cost breakdown structure and resource breakdown structure of various projects.
 Updating of the schedule using progress updates obtained from project team.
 Preparation of monthly progress reports; of various activities in progress at the site; to be submitted to clients.
 Preparation of 3 months rolling schedule, weekly rolling schedule and recovery schedule as per the demands of schedule requirements according to Technical Submissions.
 Preparation of time schedule, histograms and S-curves.
 Preparation of Method statements for various activities (related to my scope) to be carried out in a project.
 Able to evaluate and monitor the progress in accordance with the submitted Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) along with Cost Breakdown Structure and Resources Breakdown Structure
 All environmental protection aspects of the construction and operation of large sewerage networks projects with particular emphasis on planning and coordinating the administrative and fiscal aspects of the project.
 Holding meetings with the clients.
 Preparation of time schedule and histograms required for various TENDER SUBMITTAL.
 Preparation of method statement for TENDER SUBMITTAL.
 Evaluating technical submissions from the subcontractors.
 Coordinating with client and subcontractors
 Conducting site visits/ inspections and preparing required reports, seeking rectifications or amendments in the work done by the contractors.
 Coordinating with the consultants and other departments for all handover activities
 Updating the daily activities and status from project coordinator.
 Assisting the Senior Manager in updating daily work progress.
