Roles & Responsibilities:
Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
Assist with completion of Pre-Delivery Inspection of new vehicle
Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's
operating features, warranty and paperwork.
Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process i.e., Proposals, Media
Plan, Trade Authorization Letter and Delivery order
Preparing Presentation, editing content and adding appropriate graphic and design
elements.
Build relationships with existing & new customers
Proactively manage customer requirements.
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
Maintain records of all sales leads
Visiting potential customers in the field to sell products, follow up on previous sales call.
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and
professionally
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Export Shipment.
Coordinating with transport department of the organization to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients
Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored
Maintain a supply of packing materials
Handling of Documentation parts during the freight processes
Negotiating with liners for the better rates and services.
Inspection and verification of cargo
Coordinating operations for BL and AWB readiness, sending pre-alerts and update to all agents Handling Petty Cash, payments and collection coordinating to accounts department.
