• Review of the detailed HLD and LLD design engineering package, BoQ, RFI’s, RFP, Technical queries, FCD and technical submittals by Consultants and Contractors.
• Designed and Developed MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) for Royal Commission Jubail for Dual Home Networking.
• A key engineer in the FTTx GPON projects and MAN network in Jubail, Ras Al Khair.
• Design review of the third parties’ telecom packages for SABIC, ARAMCO, SAFCO and etc. for industrial areas.
• Vast knowledge in special systems, like Access Control, Public Address, CCTV, Wireless Mesh, WLAN, Physical Security, IPTV, and many others.
• Responsible for the planning and coordination of the major telecom contracts with various Consultants of Royal Commission.
• Study and develop of the Utility RoW corridors for the Telecom Infrastructure development.
• Design review of the FTTh networks for Royal Commission staff in Mutrafiyah, Jalmudah and Mardumah areas for Voice & Data and IPTV networks.
• Design of the SCADA network and architecture for Sanitary, Industrial, Potable water and Irrigation water lift stations and pump stations.
• Vast experience in EPC Contracts.
• Designing and engineering of structured cabling systems for Local Area Networks (LANs).
• Develop General Engineering Manuals(GEM) and specifications for all the low current systems, Cablings, passive devices and etc.
• Designing of the IDS system for Jubail and Ras Al Khair industrial area.
• Designing of the Intelligent Traffic System for Jubail area along with its data center.
• Analyze network requirements related to the OSP/ISP to determine their compatibility to satisfy objectives and operational.
• Prepare, review and submit requirements document, statements of work, operational needs statements, and cost estimates on the inside and outside plant design.
• Develop required OSP/ISP design and implementation guidelines/practices/procedure codes and technical specifications and materials list for civil works, and fiber distribution & management (trenches, ducts and sub ducts, fibers distribution, manholes, hand holes etc...) within the Right of Way (RoW).
• Develop the High Level Designs of fiber network infrastructure, civil works and other elements of the network, both for the outside and inside plant.
• Develop Low Level Designs (As-Built) of fiber network infrastructure and civil works and other elements of the network, both for the outside and inside plant.
• Develop Fiber Optic schematics of connectivities and termination detailing, ICMS data and Budget Loss calculations for Transmission Link.
• Support in the development of the fiber numbering methodology and procedure.
• Develop the design drawings for IP-CCTV, VESDA system and Leak Detection system, Access Control System.
• Develop the High Level Design of remote SCADA infield RTU’s connectivities, architecture and integration with Master PLC’s.
• Challenge and critically review the contractors/ vendors design to ensure that the low-level design provides the best balance between cost, feasibility and time to market.
• Provide solution for Technical Queries to all open implementation issues at work site by the contractors.
• Managing the strategy and deploying of Telecom infrastructure for Jadawel Compound in Al Khobar, a 500+ housing American compound. The assets delivered across the entire 500+ houses, includes manhole placement, micro trenching, Fiber optic cable placement, Main Ducts and Sub ducts installation, ODF Installation, Customer ONT and including TIER 1 and TIER 2 testing and commissioning.
• Managing the strategy and deploying of Telecom infrastructure for FAL Compound in Riyadh, a 300+ housing American compound. The assets delivered across the entire 300+ houses, includes manhole placement, micro trenching, Fiber optic cable placement, Main Ducts and Sub ducts installation, ODF Installation, Customer ONT and including TIER 1 and TIER 2 testing and commissioning.
• Responsible for complete PAT, FAT and OIL clearances, and PAT Binder submission and approvals from client.
• Responsible for developing the As-Built drawings (trench details, duct bank, cable details and Fiber Optic Schematics) and BOQ of the materials.
• Deploying of FOC cable for DWDM and SDH RING network links.
• Responsible for the FOC RINGS complete testing TIER - 1 and TIER - 2 end to end, commissioning and PAT, FAT & OIL clearances.
• GPON Huawei OLT MA5600T site delivery, installation and commissioning with complete PAT and documentation.
• Develop As-Built drawings for the DWDM and SDH Rings.
• To Make BOQs/Estimates & Detail Project Plans for the GPON Projects which includes Civil Works, Cable Works, ISP Works and all the Equipment Installations
• Site Survey for FTTh with complete documentation.
• 3500+ buildings for Mobily FTTh e-life connectivities.
• Maintenance down Time (MDT) and Topology Change Notification (TCN) for heavy traffic networks.
• To Make BOQs/Estimates & Detail Project Plans for the GPON Projects which includes Civil Works, Cable Works, ISP Works and all the Equipment Installations.
• Optimization of OLT coverage area with integration of multiple exchanges.
• Project Management and Routine follow ups with, for the all the initiated projects under Cable work Sections.
