• Responsible for the Planning, procurement, intercompany buying for Dubai and other international location
• Responsible for generating purchase orders as per operational needs, follow up and coordinate shipping.
• Responsible for costs reduction and optimization of 3rd party vendor spend.
• Prepare and Monitor Key performance indicators, in line with corporate policies & Procedures for 3rd party partners.
• Monitor and ensure timely incoming equipment receipts, proper documentation of all material movements distributed to other Novomet locations.
• Responsible for price negotiations with Local vendors to achieve value for money.
• Responsible for vendor selection strictly in adherence to the corporate vendor approval process.
• Support an assist Key Stake Holder’s in Planning & Forecasting.
• Responsible for Document retention pertaining to Supply Chain, as per company Policies and Guidelines.

• Responsible for material planning and coordinating the procurement of materials, components, supplies and services essential to the area of responsibility.
• Co-ordinate with store/receiving team/logistics to ensure all issues, concerns and urgency are worked on and being fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and expediting of the back order report and feedback to Repair and maintenance team and Operations team on long lead time parts.
• Create purchase orders and various reports to check stocks and invoice information
• Identify new opportunities with suppliers and meeting strict deadlines.
• Monitoring outstanding purchase orders against estimated delivery dates and following up on the deliveries to ensure on time delivery.
