Overseeing and supervision of construction of piping system
based on approved documents, according to construction schedule.
- Execution side documentation.
- Pre planning of construction and mobilization of man power
and equipment.
- Repairing of existing lines and testing.
Oversee fabrication and construction of spools for construction at site.
- Preparation of weld map, Material Take Off, Bill of material and preparing
materials for fit up.
- Coordinating fabrication work according to site demands.
Design & development of valve components and assemblies according to
ASME, API, ISO and various other standards and calculations.
- Preparation of production drawings for casting, machining and assembly.
- Preparation of design packages and other documents for internal auditing and
external auditing.
- Answering to queries of clients and marketing team
- Preparation of GADs and technical specification for production, enquiries
and purchase orders.
- Solid modeling and analysis of design in 3D CAD systems.
- Pattern and Die repairing and improving based on updated standards.
Inspection of incoming materials for any deviation from approved design.
- In process inspection between machining process control tolerance within
allowable design deviations.
- Preparation of NC reports, Calibration reports and various quality control
documents and communicating the same to relevant departments.
- Final inspection of fully assembled units and preparation of inspection
reports to ensure the product quality and tracking for after sale supports.
Full time Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. Academic project work was Design and structural analysis of Wagon tippler system to improve time of material unloading from open box rail wagons . The project was done under Malabar cements ltd a state owned public limited company.
