installation of Software Including Printers.
Updated packages and Norton, Ensure that
Antivirus on all systems is
receiving regular definition updates on Weekly Basis.
Troubleshooting & Fixing Hardware & Software
problems such as ATB, BTP,
OCR, LSR, BGR & HHT Scanners ( Zebra )
Daily reports forward to supervisor & Site Admin.
Connect Network cables end to end user.
Troubleshooting LAN & WAN Related Issues.
Maintaining network security on LAN.
Ensure the wireless access points they are working
properly without interruption ( Cisco )
