Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems.
Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the factory.
Manage the maintenance budget and track inventory of spare parts.
Develop and implement new maintenance procedures and processes.
Train and mentor new maintenance technicians.
