- Daily checklist monitoring for the cranes as per company procedure to avoid accidents during operation and secure that the surroundings well cordoned and barricaded thereof.
- Check and inspect power, electrical, & mechanical tools etc. used by the workers at the job site to secure in good conditions to avoid any untoward accident happen while commencing their job.
- Check the permits and monitor and check that all excavations particularly more than 1.25 deep has been properly cordoned, barricaded or barriers installed for the protection of the personnel and vehicles.
- Daily monitor for the workers to ensure that they are comply the safety rules and regulation and make a violation report of the violator for dispensatory action as per company procedure and command of responsibility.
- Monitor the workers in cable pulling to ensure that they tie-off their lanyard to the life line when they are performing their job on high Elevation & Edges.
