•Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of construction supervisors and engineers within assigned areas.
•Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, ensuring that contractor's management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, all required competent personnel, protective equipment, adequately experienced/qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.
•Review transmittal and ensure full compliance of Saudi Aramco Standard and Specification to Contractor and Vendor.
•Monitoring the proper installation of piping line in accordance of approved construction drawing or isometric drawing.
•Record any discrepancy on punch list form, responsible for proper arrangement of spool, properly covered to all piping component and segregation to avoid contact on the ground.
•Conduct field inspection on a regular basis such as visual checking dimensional checking and witnessing all piping works, etc.
•To ensure that the contractors comply with the project specification & standard.
•Review and evaluate drawing on plan, isometric and P&IDs for monitoring and supervise fabrication and installation of pipe lines.
•Documentation, Inspecting the fabrication and installation of pipelines.
•Perform line check, hydro testing.
•Issue punch list on lines that require so, monitor and supervise reinstatement.
•Monitor and record Contractors progress against project schedule and key milestones;
•Ensure that all Contractors are fully aware of the planned scope of activity on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
•Analyze contractor man-hour against and report all variations.
•Review contract and scope of work.
•Coordinate all site engineers and supervisors and Fabrication shop.
•Making site design work and site survey
•Making planning and schedule for manpower, equipment, material, tools and utility.
•Check and review data sheets from vendor, pumps, equipment's, vessels
•Making method statement for execution of works
•Ensure that HSE is given the highest priority.

Project : Olifens III Expansion Project - Formosa Plastic Construction Corp. (FPCC) Mailliao, Yunlin (Taiwan) Position : PIPING SUPERVISOR / INSPECTOR Date : July 21, 2005 - June 03, 2007
•Execution of Fabrication of CS, AS, SS Piping Spools and Pipe Support.
•Coordination with Engineering, Planning and Materials Departments, Arranging Materials, Tools & Tackles for Contractors.
•Fit-Up Inspection, Material Verification & Final Clearance of Isometric Drawings Etc.
•To Monitor Contractor's Workmen for Safety Precaution.
•To Consult with Design Group for Solving Field Problems.
•ISO Clearance, Mechanical Clearance, Loop Clearance, Hydro testing, Pneumatic Testing and Box-Up.
•Proficient in Reading of Isometrics Drawing, Degree Fabrication (Rolling) Etc.
•Studying the Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and identifying the pipelines and systems.
•Identifying the materials (pipes, flanges, fittings etc.) as per material take of list during the fabrication.
•Performing line check, conducting hydro test along-with client.
•Submission of daily inspection report/daily activities to the QC Department.
•Prepare inspection request prior to accept the construction piping/welding work, pressure testing and releasing of fabricated pipelines in order to prepare certification for the completed items.
•Preparation of inspections of documents for final submission to client.
•Prepare construction drawing and execution of fabrication and installation of Piping works, Inspection of Fit up. Coordination with client's inspectors and reporting Mechanical clearance for hydro testing and pneumatic testing.
•Identify equipment location as per general arrangement drawing and prepare layout and measurement. Check installed piping components as per P&ID.
•Check the instruments installed in Pipelines such as control valves, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, flow measuring diferential transmitter, rotary equipments etc.
•Prepare inspection request prior to accept the construction piping/welding work, pressure testing and releasing of fabricated pipelines in order to prepare certification for the completed items.
•Coordinate with the construction, testing group and QC department in the preparation test requirement of each test pack and facilitate close out of any outstanding punch items before and after the pressure tests.
•Coordination with third party NDT inspection approved by client inspection.
•Coordination with client inspector for final inspection and witness point of inspection.
