• Maintained company financial accounts on quick books 2012 (accounting software). Implemented accounting system on transport section which was manual before my induction. Thus improved transactions time, elevated the daily working speed, made is possible to properly recording transactions, track ignored areas of business i.e per trip cost of vehicle trips, construction machines fuel usage, vs revenue from the contracts, personal expenses of admin staff compare to level of output, car petrol, and hence generated reports which ultimately helped monitoring progress of activities.
