My responsibilities as Joint Director are;
1. Direct and monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of Projects
2. Ensure development of products and services to client requirements within the specified resources.
3. Define goals and outline approach and make adjustments within the constraints set to achieve the optimum results.
4. Work with specialists in the field of development, users and customers, produce goal and target specifications, solve any conflicts that arise and minimize potential risks.
5. Direct technical and personnel resources to ensure project results conform to quality, time and budgetary stipulations.
6. Provide leadership and direction for the project team.
My Responsibilities as Sr. Program Managers were:
1. Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
4. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
5. Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
6. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
7. Conducting risk assessments for projects
My responsibilities as Database Administrator / Project Manager:
1. Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database in outline.
2. Considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
3. Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model.
4. Installing and testing new versions of the database management system (DBMS).
5. Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans.
6.Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk.
7. Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.
8. Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable.
9. Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.
10. Considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
11. Ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
12. Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
My responsibilities as System Analyst were:
1. Gather all the business requirements and discuss with development team and resolve all the technical issues.
2. Prepare all the documentation of the system i.e. SRS, FS, UAT criteria and risk analysis etc.
3. Successfully implement the whole new system for Dawood Group of Industries.
4. Adopt a team approach; work with team in pursuing common goals.
