Central Operations:

 Finding & engaging new vendors and negotiating appropriate purchase prices of the products.
 Looking after source of supply issues, special promotions/events inventory issues, etc. Respond to inquiries from retail stores and companies as required.
 Provide merchandising direction to the business team on primary/secondary focus for the month.
 Consult with inventory analyst and resolve seasonal inventory issues (e.g. what merchandise should remain on the floor, what should be cleared, etc.) as required.
 Implement process to reduce & avoid charge-backs and fraudulent orders.
 Looking after order processing, coordination with the company’s numerous vendors and banks to ensure all verification and safety parameters.
 Developing strategies & procedures for SEO, Application programmers, Digital Marketing departments and managing implementation of project tasks.
 Providing Customer support to the escalated inbound calls with their respective queries.
 Interacting & follow-ups with the potential customers to fulfill their requirements needs & deadlines in product availability buying and shipments.
