Job Responsibilities:
● Company-wide communication about major disruptions in Telefónica Deutschland's mobile and fixed networks from the start to their resolution in German and English.
● Delivery of regular updates on the current course of the disruption, the current impact and the next steps.
● Contact person for, among others, the management and the press office in the event of a fault.
● Organizing and leading meetings / conference calls for coordinated fault clearance with internal and external participants.
● Ensuring that fault clearance is timely and targeted, escalating to suppliers and internal teams as necessary.
● Ensuring documentation of the fault clearance process.
● Follow-up of major disturbances: Identification and documentation of improvement potentials, follow-up of the implementation of corresponding improvement measures.
Job Responsibilities:
● Support to shape the future-proof commercial and technical development of the roaming business.
● Independent creation of business cases, periodic reporting and presentations as well as decision templates for management.
● Responsibility for the implementation and coordination of international roaming projects and rollouts.
● Supporting, strategic and operational partner management for the wholesale and cooperation partners.
● Conducting negotiations with external partners and support in RFP/RFQ process for new contracts.
● Project Coordination to upgrade the Roaming Infrastructure.

● Coordinated projects to upgrade Roaming infrastructure and successfully met the deadlines. Involved in RFQ process and negotiated different contracts to heavily reduce roaming infrastructure costs.
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the Regional tracking of the business by monitoring, calculating the impact on roaming prices and highlighting risks and opportunities to the business.
● Identify, test, and develop potential improvements to GTU tools and processes.
● Support with reports on the roaming evolution, market research and analysis on ad-hoc and regular basis.
● Promoting the development and implementation of reports, developing standard reports and processes that add value and improve the business results.
● Create Group roaming commercial strategies by crafting business cases and simulating scenarios with different wholesale commercial conditions, to further negotiate commercial wholesale agreements with roaming partners to maximize TGR company objectives.

● Negotiating discounted IOT rates for Telefonica Group with partners in APAC region.
● Developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with commercial roaming partners.
● Regional support focusing on price implementation and contract management.
● Regional tracking of the roaming business by monitoring traffic steering.

● Responsible for the discount reconciliation process between Telefónica affiliates and roaming partners.

Job Responsibilities:
● Understanding SS7, Sigtran and SIP protocols.
● Perform roaming testing for different International Roaming partners.
● Perform basic configurations on the roaming platforms HLR, VLR, MSC, SGSN, GGSN, MSS, etc.
● Analyzing and troubleshooting customer problems of International Roaming services.
● Coordination and implementation of roaming tests (IREG testing) with roaming partners.
Job Responsibilities:
● Operation and maintenance of all Value-Added Services platforms, which include Acision’s Short Message Service Center (SMSC), Multimedia Message Service Center (MMSC), Antispam, Self-Subscription Gateway (SSG), Pre-delivery Service Agent (PSA), Message Application Router (MAR) & Huawei Short Messaging Service Center (SMSC), Infox Gateway and USSD.
● Provisioning, acceptance testing, marketing and management for VAS products.
● Daily routines/health-checks on all VAS Nodes and providing Level-2 support for customer complaints.
