Job Description:
 Preparing 3D Model in BIM (Steel Structure, Architecture & Interior Furniture) as per Client Design.
 Preparing Shop Drawing (Detailing).
 Preparing HVAC, Electric, Drainage Drawings.
 Work with Interior Designer for Material submit as per Approved Client.
 Weekly Meeting with Consultant for update our progress & Balance (Drawing & Material Submit)
 Complete set of working drawings, as built drawings for final documentation.

 Visiting client sites and attending project meeting to take the client’s requirements.
 Discussing feasible Ideas with the team members to meet the client’s requirement and budgets.
 Preparing, submitting and getting approvals for the Architectural Drawings.
 Coordinating with factory managers to ensure products according to approved drawings.
 Following the guidelines of Project Managers for the accurate installation of deliverables.
 Handing-over the as-built-drawings to the client as project finalization.
 3D Animation work, as per client requirement.
