Working as warehouse supervisor in MBL Modern Building Leaders From June 2023 Still continue in NEOM.
Able to deliver task in organized manner as per project lifecycle.
Plan organize & participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, keeping track of stock.
Allocating space for Storing goods, preparations of warehousing reports & annual inventory.
Managing all processes and functions within busy warehouse including communications with various departments like Management, Quality Control, procurement etc.
Managing warehouse team, responsible for warehouse security & accountability ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations.
Leading Training motivating & developing staff
Identify and resolve project issues.
Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of material and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required.
Maintain organized warehouse facility. Manage all incoming and outbound inventory.
Support year-end inventory and audit of warehouse.
Responsible to issue inventory item codes for CIVIL & MEP material in Oracle.
Preparing Purchase requisitions.
Generating GRN’s for warehouse and administration.
Generating Tags during Annual physical count.
Following new company procedures, policies, and Implement all company policies and procedure in all warehouses.
Administration Responsibilities:
As a warehouse administrator, will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. I will be the point of reference for all quarries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible in receiving and checking of company materials deliveries both qualities and quantities as per purchase order description and specification required.
Update the daily transaction incoming and outgoing.
Provide Weekly Procurement stock Report to management.
Monitor and maintain store inventory and monitor stock availability.
Regular monitoring and analyzing different kind of tools and materials
Material Receiving and GRN posting to Oracle for payment.
Responsible for daily weekly & monthly stock report to Department manage.
Assist Site Management Staff in our daily duties by given them
accurate information on stock and “in/out” material.
Check all materials when arrived on Site in coordination with the QA/QC section and immediately
Implement these new items in the Stock list.
Inform in an immediate basis the management when material requested is no more available.
Conducts regular audits to ensure the store is function able and presentable.
Have good knowledge of initial receiving’s check for quality and
with respect to their shelf life, expiry, storage conditions etc...
Treat safety to be most important part of warehousing and have good knowledge & experience of safety measures within Store.
Key player in adapting and following new company procedures and policies.
