Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the work of all staff and mentoring all engineers throughout the activities.
• Follow up the monthly target, and identify, analyze and propose response strategies for the risks, this is done through periodic meetings with all of the site engineers and managers of activities.
• Follow up the requirements of the project, and put the pressure on all the elements of production to reach the best performance of the project.
• Management of available resource of the project (materials, labors and equipment).

• Project scheduling and monitoring and report to area manager.
• Supervising all aspects of construction including inspection and quality control for works of concrete and finishing to guaranteeing the successful completion of the project.
• Preparation of the daily and the weekly Progress reports and the monthly invoices.
• Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors.
• Overseeing the work of junior staff or mentoring civil engineers throughout the charter ship process.

• In the case of conflict of shop drawings with site conditions, I do re-design and submit it to the consultant for approval.
