• Project : Schools Complex for (Boys and Girls)
• Client : King Faisal University - K.S.A.
• Supervision Consultant : Abdullah AL Saif & Partners.
• My Role : Construction Manager
• Contract value : 270 Million Saudi Riyal.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the work of all staff and mentoring all engineers throughout the activities.
• Follow up the monthly target, and identify, analyze and propose response strategies for the risks, this is done through periodic meetings with all of the site engineers and managers of activities.
• Follow up the requirements of the project, and put the pressure on all the elements of production to reach the best performance of the project.
• Management of available resource of the project (materials, labors and equipment).

• Project : King Abdullah Ben Abdul-Aziz Al Saud Project to Develop the Security Headquarters - KAP 0 (2170 Adminstrative Bbuild. Dammam-Dammam Prototype No. 2170 Prince Naif Bin Abdul-Aziz Rd, Dammam - Built up area around, 15200 M².
• Client : Ministry of Interior - K.S.A.
• Supervision Consultant : Dar-Al-Riyadh Consulting Engineers.
• Contract value : 120 Million Saudi Riyal.

Responsibilities:
• Project scheduling and monitoring and report to area manager.
• Supervising all aspects of construction including inspection and quality control for works of concrete and finishing to guaranteeing the successful completion of the project.
• Preparation of the daily and the weekly Progress reports and the monthly invoices.
• Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors.
• Overseeing the work of junior staff or mentoring civil engineers throughout the charter ship process.
• Preparation of all close-out documents for all Sites in Eastern Province and submitted it to the consultant and the client

• Project : Construction Cairo International Airport New Hotel (Le meridian).
• Organization : Al marasem Int. for Urban Development J.V Saudi bin laden Group
• Client : Irotel Company for Hotels.
• Consultant : ECG Engineering Consultant Group.
• Contract value : 508 million E.P.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising all aspects of construction including inspection and quality control for works of concrete and finishing to guaranteeing the successful completion of the project.
• Ensuring that the works done according to codes, standards, regulations & procedures, quality, cost and safety.
• Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and overseeing the progress of subcontractors' work

As responsible for supervision and management all Works within the whole company (Concrete and Finishing Phase) of the following projects:
- 9 villas (G+1) belong to "programme of Sheikh Zaid "(total cost 15.5 million dirham).
- 2 building (G+3) in Dibba - Fujairah (total cost 11 million dirham).
Responsibilities:
• Structural calculations and the work of the bids for submission to the consultants and clients of all projects in the company.
• Supervising all the works and construction phase (concrete and finishing works) for all Projects in the company.
• Work Bending List for Steel Details to Steel Workers for all Projects in the company.
• Accounting Sub-contractors and the work of the payments to them for all Projects in the company.
• In the case of conflict of shop drawings with site conditions, I do re-design and submit it to the consultant for approval.

• Project : Construction Bridge K.M 42, 400 At Alibrahimea canal (Asyut).
• Client : Ministry Of Irrigation.
• Contract Value : 8, 500 Million E.P.
Responsibilities:
• Check the quality of the materials used in the Site.
• Enclose the Materials quantities used at the Site.
• Work Bending List for Steel Details to Steel Workers for all elements of the project (Piles, pile caps, walls and slabs).
