Oversaw and controlled the Insurance portfolio for AlJazira Group: Bank AlJazira, AlJazira Takaful & AlJazira Capital. Enhanced tender
management for all related businesses, finalized RFPs and automated the bids management process to be fully transparent, and
successfully represented BAJ Group in signing contractual agreements, allowing the procurementto become a department under this
function.

• Contributed to the Net Profit with 59 million SAR over six years through cost optimization, streamlining processes and applying
procurement best practices.
• Enhanced shareholders’ value, by minimizing and managing the internal cost of BAJ Group, leading to largereductions in “Cost to
Income Ratio”, where 59 million SAR contributed to the reduction of 2% in the Loss to Income Ration.
• Fully automated the procurement functions from paper-based to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with all related functions -
bedding, proposals evaluation, and issuance of PO - resulted in annual operational savings of ~1 million

through contract signature with a value-added contribution. Capitalizedon contract benefits pertaining to staff training & support and

• Applied SMART Procurement techniques that increased the bottom-line profitability, were applying these techniques resulted in
15 million SAR in company income (out of 59 million SAR) over six years.
• Reduced average delivery timelines by 30% and boosted customer satisfaction.
• Reviewed all available contracts and restructured contract clauses that provided increased organizational value.
• Implemented the Centralized Insurance Function which resulted in a first-year savings of 6.8 million SAR with increased YOY

Local Procurement & Administration (LPA) is a vital department, where LPA serves the group (4 companies, each company is managed by a General Manager) and more than 51 partners of principal companies.
Noted Accomplishments:
• Insurance: managed and updated the available 15 different insurance policies with average of cost reduction with 8% YOY.
• Local Procurement: fully managed Capital expenses, Operational expenses, Suppliers Management, Media management, Real states Management, New sites Management, Annual Operating Plan Management.
• Administration: Managed, enhanced and categorized the contracts portfolio, and managed the complete day-to-day administration services i.e. Bills management, Management of offices allocation for staff, premises planning and maintenance (more than 30 sites across the Kingdom), Maintenance, Security, Hospitality, Domestic and International Mailing, Prepare and
manage the annual budget/plan.
AlAhli was the pioneer Bank in introducing the Auto Lease product for the customers in December 2005, and it is a Shariah compliant
product based on Ijarah concept, providing Insurance and extended warranty to the customer throughout the lease contract.
Noted Accomplishments:
• Managed the Insurance portfolio for 110, 000 active customers and automated the insurance policy issuance from AlAhli.
• Categorized the Insurance Service Provider based on region and type of customers which led to tremendous savings of 8-12% benefiting the Net Profit of the product.
• Developed, Managed and maintained an excellent relation with Government parties i.e. Traffic, Police, Ministry of Transport & Saudi Customs and conducted the 1st meeting in Riyadh with the General Directorate of Traffic, and obtained critical approvals for the Business
I was Project Champion for Auto Lease Improvement where we have planned and managed the implementation of 98 projects as an outcome of comprehensive Auto Lease Health-Check Assessment conducted by an international specialised consultant. The implementation had an impact across Consumer Finance Sector, Auto Dealers, Insurance Companies and General Directorate of Traffic

• Prepared and presented the five-years Strategic projection plan and linked it to the Bank master plan, with average of increased targets by 12% YOY, and the plans were achieved successfully.
• Managed the full business Portfolio i.e. insurance invoices, capital expenses, operational expenses and staff incentives.
• Created and introduced the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with external and internal Business Partners let to better efficiency by approximately 15% in handling the day-to-day business requirements.
