Developing HSE statistical reports and sharing at cooperative level of company groups
Monitoring special work functions (confined space, hot work, work at height, excavation, radiography and hydro tests)
Creating HSE monthly committee meeting to present Plant’s Management Team to maintain HSE logs for KPI’s.
