Induction & training to new employees and HSE meetings & tool box talk meetings with site staff and workman o Examining accidents/incidents and seeing that corrective action is taken to avoid reoccurrences and maintain their records

Working as Trainer for plant’s emergency response and leading emergency as incident commander
Developing HSE statistical reports and sharing at cooperative level of company groups
Monitoring special work functions (confined space, hot work, work at height, excavation, radiography and hydro tests)
Creating HSE monthly committee meeting to present Plant’s Management Team to maintain HSE logs for KPI’s.
