Heading the Group Automobile state of the art workshops in UAE with a technical Manpower of 115 mechanics and staf, 3 workshop Managers and one Fleet manager.
Responsible for the maintenance, repairs, passing, registration, renewal, insurance and distribution permits of 2000 sales trucks fleet, chillers, tractor heads, trailers, buses, vans, forklift, construction equipment, small cars with GPS and branding till defleet. Responsible for the P&L of the department and budgeting.
Handling the 750 leased vehicles from the technical specifications, discussion, till final approvals with contracts term and condition.
Handling the cold chain ranging from +25 degree Centigrade to -20 degree Centigrade in diferent categories.
Establish in house and outsource Fuel management for the group with saving tracker.
Visited Carrier factory in France to study the manufacturing of chiller and Freezer units for light duty and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Visited HINO factories in Japan to study the manufacturing of light and heavy duty trucks and 4x4s.
Achieved a savings of AED 5.5 million in leasing from the previous rates till 2019.
Saved AED 175, 000 per month from in house and outsource diesel for the vehicle.
Saved AED 1.8 million from the purchase of used vehicles and equipment.
GPS savings AED 0.5 million per year from the existing one.

Responsible for the maintenance repairs and budgeting of more than 6000 Group fleet vehicles In UAE with technical contracts for outsource maintenance jobs and spare parts supplier negotiation.
Responsible for Managing the Public Transport workshop in Bahrain. It comprises of Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi Rosa and Toyota Coaster buses.
Responsible to establish and run a workshop for 800 cars for Cars Taxi group in Qatar. State of the Art workshop will handle 300 Rent a car and outside customer vehicles. 4 workshop Manager and one Fleet manager reporting to me with a team of 125 Technicians, Mechanics and staf. Responsible to generate the revenue by repair, maintenance and selling the spare parts.
Reduced the cost of Maintenance by AED 15M by taking necessary and drastic steps for the Group vehicles in repair, Maintenance and spare parts.
Heading the complete project of worth AED 8 million on 16000 ft2 area for complete taxi ofices and workshop.

Responsible for the complete factory operation, Logestics, 2 Spare parts stores, 7 Dry stores, 5 Cold stores (-30 degree centigrade), 3 Chilled stores (5 degree centigrade).5 incubation rooms, 4 yoghurt tunnels and vehicle workshops in UAE and Oman.
To coordinate with diferent Government Departments as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (for substation maintenance or replacements), Dubai Municipality, Dubai Environmental control, Civil Defense etc.
Directly involved with the purchase of technical equipments also correspond and negotiate with the suppliers of the machines and spare parts. Involved with the sales team for customer complained due to machines.
Headed a new Dairy project for united Kaipara Dairies of worth AED 35 million in OMAN for Civil, MEP and machinery requirement. After installation and commissioning work the plant is in operation.
Saved up to AED 5 million by using in house workforce and by refurbishment of used compressors, diferent type of panels for cold, chilled stores and assembling of MDBs etc. Handling diferent type of vehicles, Electrical and Diesel Forklifts. Air compressors, water chiller plant, boilers, diferent type of pumps etc for maintenance.

A Fast rent a car group having their business all over U.A.E.
Handling the Group Workshops in UAE.
Handling a team of 50 skilled and semi-skilled technicians.
Introduced the idea and took the responsibility for the Fast rent a car and Emirates taxi vehicles under one big workshop for the overall maintenance operation for multiple type of fleet.
Established a workshop for 750 taxi and 1500 vehicles on 4000 m2 in Sharjah industrial area.
Introduced diferent forms and procedures for Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
Reduced 25% of the cost and time by introducing used engines as replacement instead of overhauling.

Saved 12000 Riyals per used engine instead of overhauling which also reduce the time for repair and save 60% of the cost on each engine.
