Chilled and Freezer vehicles management, Cold store, Freezer stores also handled for the fresh and long-life products as Juices, Laban, Yoghurt and milk. Installation started running successfully since April 2022.

Visited HINO factories in Japan to study the manufacturing of light and heavy duty trucks and 4x4s.
Achieved a savings of AED 5.5 million in leasing from the previous rates till 2019.

Saved AED 175, 000 per month from in house and outsource diesel for the vehicle.

Saved AED 1.8 million from the purchase of used vehicles and equipment.

GPS savings AED 0.5 million per year from the existing one.

Responsible to establish and run a workshop for 800 cars for Cars Taxi group in Qatar. To coordinate with diferent Government Departments as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (for substation maintenance or replacements), Dubai Municipality, Dubai Environmental control, Civil Defense etc.

Directly involved with the purchase of technical equipments also correspond and negotiate with the suppliers of the machines and spare parts. Involved with the sales team for customer complained due to machines.

Headed a new Dairy project for united Kaipara Dairies of worth AED 35 million in OMAN for Civil, MEP and machinery requirement. After installation and commissioning work the plant is in operation.

Saved up to AED 5 million by using in house workforce and by refurbishment of used compressors, diferent type of panels for cold, chilled stores and assembling of MDBs etc. Handling diferent type of vehicles, Electrical and Diesel Forklifts. Air compressors, water chiller plant, boilers, diferent type of pumps etc for maintenance.

Introduced the idea and took the responsibility for the Fast rent a car and Emirates taxi vehicles under one big workshop for the overall maintenance operation for multiple type of fleet.
Established a workshop for 750 taxi and 1500 vehicles on 4000 m2 in Sharjah industrial area.

Introduced diferent forms and procedures for Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.

Reduced 25% of the cost and time by introducing used engines as replacement instead of overhauling.
