 Independent responsibility for Scope completion of Project within constraint of Quality, Budget and Time.
 Ensuring that the project is executed in line with Company’s Guidelines and achieving Operational Excellence.
 Progress reporting to Management and Client.
 Guiding Internal and External Stake Holders to work towards common goal.
 Coaching and encouraging team members in achieving targets.
 Controlling Contractors for completion of their scope within allocated Budget & Time.
 Claim and Change Management with Customer and Contractors.
 Sales and Cash planning and monitoring.
 Project Margin control and improvement.
 Timely identification of all Risks & Opportunities and take actions to close them.
 Ensuring Implementation of EHS guidelines for Accident free work environment.
 Coordinating with Site to achieve erection and commissioning Targets.
 Planning and timely deputation of relevant resources and tools.

 Independent responsibility for timely execution of various Sub-Projects and packages including AIS, GIS and MEP packages.
 Ensuring that the project is executed in line with Company’s Guidelines and achieving Operational Excellence.
 Progress reporting to Management and Client.
 Guiding Internal and External Stake Holders to work towards common goal.
 Coaching and encouraging team members in achieving targets.
 Controlling Contractors for completion of their scope within allocated Budget & Time.

 Prepare, review and monitor Project Budget.
 Responsible for preparing and meeting Budgetary targets.
 Responsible for preparing and approval of all billing and shipping documents from customer.
 Sales and Cash planning, monitoring and execution
 Project Margin control and improvement.
 Risk & Opportunity Management
 Conflict resolution with Customer, External and Internal Partners.
 Ensuring Implementation of EHS guidelines for Accident free work environment.
 Ensuring work completion with required quality standards
 Coordinating with engineering team, customer and manufacturers for early approval of documents.
 Coordinating with Procurement and Supply Chain Management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
 Coordinating with Site to achieve erection and commissioning Targets.
 Resource Management
 Coordinate with planning team to prepare schedule and identify delays and prepare recovery plan.
 Preparing necessary documentations and scope completion for Contract Closure.

Planning, Purchasing, Engineering Co-ordination, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Substations. Job profile comprises of complete Project Management, including progress reporting / controlling, Claim/Change Management, Financial Management ( Cash Flow, Profile Margin), Contract Management, Legal / Compliance Enforcement, Risk and Opportunity Management etc.
