Responsibilities: -
o Cost estimating and arrange technical and financial quotation for biding tender projects;
o Calculating project costs and delivery timelines;
o Identify quantities, specifications, procurement of electrical equipment and materials;
o Estimating material, labor and construction costs for budget preparation;
o Prepare electrical design, shop drawings and calculations in accordance with the relevant Standards;
o Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by engineering software and detailed calculations;
o Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards;
o Conduct meetings with the client, prepare and present design solutions at various stages of the project;
o Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements;
o Carry out site visits as required and attend meetings with client and suppliers;
o Reviewing supplier’s material submittals within SPECs and BOQ before submitting to client;
o Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management;

o Awarded for 40% of tenders we have study and bid;
o Cost control for material and items of project to decrease expenses;
o Achieving abundance of suppliers, subcontractors to reduce execution cost.
o Design and implementation of electrical works of Admin Building, Street Lighting projects at Prince Sultan Air Base;
o Desing, Shop drawing and supervision of War Center project at King Abdulaziz Air Base;
o Desing, Shop drawing and supervision of Aircraft Warehouses project at King Abdulaziz Air Base.

Responsibilities: -
o Prepare electrical design (LV systems, Low current systems) and calculations accordingly SBC401 and SEC regulations;
o Preparation of technical specifications, BOQ, Initial Cost Estimation and schedules;
o Coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers and Structural Engineers and any other external design consultant;
o Conduct meetings with the client, prepare and present design solutions at various stages of the project;
o Knowledge of specification writing, up to date knowledge of materials and their applications;
o Carry out site visits as required and attend meetings with client and suppliers;
o Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals, as and when required;
o Review and approve Contractor’s invoice in line with progress of site works;

o Design of Ministry of Commerce Branch in Taif with Sliver Sustainability Certificate;
o Design of service buildings for Ministry of Health (Tabuk);
o Redesign of (22 Courts) for Ministry of Justice (Riyadh Region);
o Finalize technical office works for Garden Tower (14 floor) of Al-Arjan Real Estate (Residential Tower);
o Finalize technical office works for projects of Ministry of High Education and NAZAHA Al-Duwadimi Branch;

Responsibilities: -
o Design & making ELEC. shop drawings, as built and able to Co- ordinate with consultant in that Respect;
o Providing ITEMS cost Estimation, Respect project time schedules & implementation plans;
o Studying and understanding of the contract documents (drawings, specifications and BOQ’s);
o Participating in initial & Final Hand-over Committees for Finalizing the Projects;
o Reviewing and validating the design documents and systems & equipment sizing and BOQ’s for the pre-designed tenders / opportunities and conducting quantity surveying(s) for the lump-sum items;
o Receiving and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers and checking compliance with the tender/opportunity’s requirements;
o Coordinating and communicating with sales, procurements, operation and other concerned departments to assure completeness of the offers;
o Preparing conceptual and detail design documents, lists, calculation notes, drawings and detailed material take off required for the project and negotiating the same with all concerned parties;
o Preparing the technical submittals and negotiating the same with client;
Fulfillments: -
o Dispense all outsources and depending on company team;
o Complete and approved all necessary submittals of Grain Field Silos the project;
o Control and optimizing the material consumption at sites;
o Finalize shop drawings of 2-buildings at Helwan National University and submit to consultant approval.

Responsibilities: -
o Responsible for execution of (R4&R32) street lighting, infrastructure at The New Capital.
o Provide comprehensive day-to-day field supervision at the site;
o Ensure all construction is being performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget, and schedule;
o Review quotes, material requests, procured items, deliveries and on-site production to validate accurate fulfillment and quality control;
o Delivers infrastructure platform solutions by working as part of the project team when required, to meet consultants’ expectations;
o Plans the execution of all Electrical related works and coordinates with Mechanical and civil disciplines;
o Responsible for the supervision of the raw materials supplied and the good ways to receive them, coordinate with storekeeper to find suitable storage places;
o Certify invoices submitted by sub-contractors and recommend for payment;
o Handover the tasks to the consultant.
Fulfillments: -
o Follow up primary hand over of medium and low voltage network at El-Galala City;
o Finalize execution of 10km street lighting at The New Capital and including it in invoices.

Responsibilities: -
o Managing and Executing contract items as specified in project documents;
o Enforcement and coordination site works as identified in technical specs;
o Site Investigation, Data collection, Report preparation;
o Review contractor’s submittals; shop drawings, calculation, layouts and detailed engineering;
o Controlling of works according to the specifications and contract;
o Progress monitoring of Contractor in line with agreed time schedule;
o Review of Contractor’s invoice in line with progress of site works;
o Adoption of samples submitted for materials and equipment to be supplied with retention to the end of the project;
o In-depth knowledge on QA/QC procedure and system;
o Responsible for site inspection, testing, site safety and safety audits;
Fulfillments: -
o Giving rise to quality of submittals and material;
o Developing an effective site-specific safety rule;
o Classifying & archiving all of project documentations.

Responsibilities: -
o Preparing and managing an annual spare parts budget;
o Supervising the startup and operation of the plant;
o Managing maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of electrical Equipment Including PLC (Siemens) S7-300, s7-400, S7-200, motors and AC&DC drives as VACON, Baumuller, Mitsubishi, Allan Bradley, LS, ABB and Fuji drives;

Fulfillments: -
o Reducing shut down of the plant;
o Scheduling Preventive maintenance, supervising it;
o Coordinating with production staff to perform annual maintenance;
o Decreasing the consumption spare parts over the year by 20%.
