Currently working in EHR (Electronic Health Records) team, which includes complete patient case, SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan), Orders, Results (Lab, Procedure, Radiology, Educational, Other), Patient history, Provider information, prescriptions, Medication info etc. Apart from this I have worked in different modules of application as a team member such as Patient Demographics, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Security, and Settings etc.
Performed Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis of the CureMD PRS for CCHIT (Certification Commissions for Health Information Technology)
R&D, Analysis, Design and Implementation of ECG (Electrocardiography) interface which communicates with ECG device and its integration with EHR (Electronic Health Records) Module.
This interface communicates with the device through serial port or USB port, receives binary data from it and stores the generated electronic reports in database.
Using this interface providers/doctors are able to extract electronic reports directly from the ECG device. These reports are integrated into patient records in the main web application and can be reviewed using the newly developed ECG Report Viewer interface.
