Duties and Responsibilities:-
•Take the required online/offline HSE training prior to assignment of the project.
•No reason to compromise with HSE.
•Set a personal example for safe working.
•Conducting toolbox talks, safety meetings, maintaining a surveillance program to check day to day safe working practices on site and for any hazardous plant or site conditions.
•Correcting unsafe practices of contractor personnel as observed, Check or conduct
•Daily safety audits & equipment inspections, check or conduct work permit compliance audits,
•Preparing reports on incidents/accidents or emergencies in the plant or on site, Investigating and reporting on causes, results and corrective
•Prepare Job Safety Analysis / Task Risk Analysis for critical activities and routine maintenance activities, Supervise housekeeping and health/hygiene/environment related activities.
•To provide safety guidance and rule and regulation to worker of Company.
•To initialize different training to people for their better management.
•Constant monitoring of facility to ensure Safety rules and regulation, policies and procedure implemented and followed.
•Investigate accident/incident including near misses and det0ermine probable causes and develop appropriates safety measures to prevent recurrence of simila0r incidents.

Awareness
•Checking Housekeeping
•Fire Presentation and Fire Fighting
•Weekly checking fire hose cabin & fire tanker
•Inspection of monthly color coded
•Check Housekeeping
•Scaffolding Safety & Fall Protection
•Arrange Daily & Weekly Safety Tool Box Meeting for Labors, Operators & other supervisory personnel.
•Attend safety meetings and notes the issues.
