- Planning the operation of production on day-by-day basis.
- Preparing Rota for the whole month as needed
- Calling & booking freelancers (Cameraman, Director, CCU Operator, EVS Operator and other crew needed.
- Communicating with the suppliers and clients regarding the details of the production
- Arranging driver’s schedules, equipment needed, studio bookings and other facilities needed.
- Arranging schedules for the crew and assigning them for respected job position
- Arranging transportation for all the crew
- Monitoring the production team on location
- Assisting the Production Manager for all necessary things related to work
- Keeping an organized filings of documents
- Sending & Receiving Fax and receiving E-mails
- Reminders for all the Activities of the Manager
- Preparing money request and purchase request
- Answering calls and emails related to any projects
Secretary
- Answering Phone Calls
- Dealing with the Suppliers & Clients
- Typing all the Forms & making Correspondence Letters
- Copying Documents making Labels & Filings
- Sending Inquiries & Quotations
- Sending & Receiving Fax and receiving E-mails
- Reminders for all the Activities of the General Manager
- Preparing LPO’s and corresponding letters
