Project Title - BAB & BU HASA AiP5 Project

Project Scope - Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM) of all off plot facilities comprising of wellheads, flow lines, gathering network, production manifolds, MPFMs, well bays, mini- pads, de-gassing and de-watering facilities, pipeline/piping, E&I tie-ins, area de-congestion and brownfield modifications of existing effected facilities.

Responsibilities:


• Leading the development and execution of Tender strategy in line with internal and external stakeholders.
• Established and maintained robust subcontracting procedures to ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence in all pre-award activities.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Subcontract Administrators & Quantity Surveyors, across multiple disciplines, ensuring resource optimization, capability development, and delivery of cost-effective solutions.
• Workload distribution among team to maintain a responsive and efficient subcontracting function in line with project requirements.
• Represented subcontracting capabilities in client presentations, business development initiatives, and internal/external audits, contributing to successful project bids and organizational credibility.
• Providing all subcontract-related input for proposals and bids, including commercial estimation, manpower planning, and technical write-ups.
• Maintaining the database of pre-qualified subcontractors to improve vendor competitiveness and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and commercial standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Project Management, HSE, Legal, Finance, and Contracts to align subcontracting activities with project milestones and corporate governance.
• Monitoring ongoing subcontracting operations (pre- and post-award), ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identification and management of subcontracting risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and budget adherence.
• Acting as a key interface with internal stakeholders to streamline subcontracting workflows and ensure project alignment.
• Ensured strict compliance with HSE and information security standards.
• Oversaw the smooth handover of awarded subcontracts to the Contracts department, ensuring continuity and commercial clarity.
• Provided ongoing support for key post-award activities including:
• Review and validation of subcontractor invoices and payment processes.
• Resolution support for major subcontract claims and disputes.
• Facilitation of commercial close-out processes, including final evaluations and lessons learned.

Project Title - Jafurah Field Development Project Client

Project Scope - Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of 56 x 100 Km, 36 x 212.5 Km, 24 x 25 Km and 10 x 8.5 Km Sales Gas and Condensate Pipeline including associated facilities (Valve Stations /
Terminals) in existing corridor of Saudi Aramco

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Planning Package and associated documents
• Preparing Detailed Cost Estimate / Control Budget along with planning team. Coordinate with proposal team for necessary inputs.
• Cost management and Control including highlighting of critical cost components and highlighting possible cost overruns timely and proactive action for the same.
• Preparation of Monthly Job Cost Reports, analysis of variances,
• Taking measures to control the cost
• Preparation of Presentation for Client and Internal management
• Reconciliation of Free issue material and Own material
• Coordinating with cross functional teams for avoiding any bottlenecks in Project completion.

• Preparation of Cost Estimation for assigned package / works
• Preparation of RFQ and reviewing the quotes received
• Analysing critical commercial conditions of tenders and evaluating the same along with Proposal Lead and getting reviewed by management for suitable consideration.
• Identification of Risks, preparation of mitigation plan and Risk Review Presentations
• Coordinating with project planning managers to get the data related to productivity of project activities
• Updating status of Bids in Hand, Upcoming prospects etc.
• Preparing Planning of all the Bids

Project Title: Anjar-Mundra Natural Gas Pipeline Project

Project Scope - Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of 36 x 67 km Natural Gas Pipeline including associated facilities (Valve Stations / Terminals)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for successful functioning of planning team for successful completion of Project.
• Preparing Accepted Cost Estimate along with planning team. Coordinate with proposal team for necessary inputs.
• Coordinating with Engineering team for submission of drawing/documents as per document control index (DCI) and with Procurement team for timely delivery of material.
• Client Management including Client invoicing and follow up for timely realization of payment, Contract correspondences (Emails, Letters, MOM).
• Change Order Management including Identification, preparation and submission of Change Orders to customer and follow up for approval.
• Project Cost Control including but not limited preparation of ETC and highlighting possible cost overruns timely and taking proactive action for the same.
• Identification & evaluation of Contractual Risks w.r.t. time and cost, preparing mitigation plan, periodic monitoring and recording learning.
• Subcontractor Sourcing and Mobilisation
• Preparation of Job Cost Reports
• Reconciliation of Free issue material and Own material
• System Compliance and Documentation as per Internal System and internal audits (QMS & Corporate Audit) / external audit compliance

Project Title - Pipe In Pipe Project

Project Scope - Laying & Installation of Twin Pipe-In-Pipe (PIP) System \[2 x 24”/30” x 1.2 Km\] for Ethane Receipt and Storage facility, First of its kind in India

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for successful functioning of planning team for successful completion of Project.
• Preparing Accepted Cost Estimate along with planning team. Coordinate with proposal team for necessary inputs.
• Micro Scheduling and Monitoring of the Project.
• Providing targets to construction team for respective activities inline with approved project schedule.
• Client Management including Client invoicing and follow up for timely realization of payment, Contract correspondences (Emails, Letters, MOM).
• Change Order Management including Identification, preparation and submission of Change Orders to customer and follow up for approval.
• Project Cost Control including but not limited preparation of ETC and highlighting possible cost overruns timely and taking proactive action for the same.
• Identification & evaluation of Contractual Risks w.r.t. time and cost, preparing mitigation plan, periodic monitoring and recording learnings.
• Subcontractor Management
◦ Preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation) to the vendors, assisting in finalization, follow-up for mobilization and completion of work in all respect within budgeted cost and time.
◦ Reviewing monthly and final bills of subcontractor
◦ Close out of subcontractor which includes analysis of claims raised by subcontractor, preparation of recoveries etc.

Project Title - Salaya - Mathura Curde Oil Pipeline Project

Project Scope : Laying & Installation 28 x and 24 x Km Cross Country Crude Oil Pipeline including associated facilities Project

Responsibilities:
• Responsible Joined as a (GET) in Jul12.
Learned all the department functionality and integrity between them.
Key methods & tools useful for successful project execution and
successfully completed the training and absorbed by Company as Sr.
Engineer.
• Progress reporting (DPR, WPR, MPR) and tracking of actual vs targeted
progress followed by intimation of variation to Project
Manager/Planning Manager for necessary action.
• Client invoicing - Preparation, certification and submission of client
invoicing. Follow up with customer for timely realization of payment.
• Claim Management w.r.t. assisting colleagues in identification,
preparation and submission ofclaims to customer. Also, assisted in
preparation of time extension note including delay analysis.
• Preparation of various progress presentation to internal management
and customer. Assisting planning in-charge for presentation of Risk
review presentations.
• Preparing executive reports, file notes, Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
• Subcontracting Management:
◦ Preparation of RFQ for activities, collection of offer, preparing
rate analysis andcomparison statement, negotiation with
vendors, getting approval from management, preparing LOI.
◦ Preparation of subcontractors Workorder and Bills in EIP which
includes collection of measurement from respective sections in
charge, preparing statement of quantity certified by customer vs
being paid to subcontractors.
◦ Assisting planning team in final settlement and close out of
major subcontractor which includes analysis of claims raised
by subcontract, preparation of recoveries etc.
• Collecting material requirement from section in-charges, generating
material request in system and follow up with buyer for timely issuance
of purchase order and delivery of material.
• Preparing JCR (Job Cost Report), identifying and analyzing variation
w.r.t to ACE (Accepted Cost Estimate / Initial approved Budget ) and
presenting the same to project manager/planning manager for their
review and necessary actions

• Preparation of Management System Information report.
