Lead the plant improvement projects (capital and non-capital) targeted at delivering maximum value from the asset, while continuously improving process safety and production efficiency.

Ensures that engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, and materials budget as well as contractual specifications.

Prepare and ensure a comprehensive list of all project materials utilized for Onshore, Offshore and Subsea Packages.

Coordinate material tracking activity through the project’s material list, and ensure equipment inspection, readiness, delivery, tracking & demobilisation,
Prepare and implement a project specific procedure for the Project Materials List that shall be followed by all Project Team

Ensure that all aspects of project Safety, Health & Quality are implemented on each of the Offshore & Onshore work sites and report to Project’s HSE organisation as necessary.

• Interface with Internal disciplines & Company’s regional and/or other group offices for proposal.
• Supervising and facilitate proposal preparation team such as Engineering disciplines, Finance, Legal Procurement, Construction, Installation, estimation, HSE, QA/QC etc.
• Planning the proposal activities and resources to complete proposal timely.
• Preparation of administration, technical and commercial proposal.
• Review the final proposal before submission to ensure the compliance to client & Technip requirement.
• Preparing the presentation and facilitate the meetings with Clients, Consortium members and Subcontractors.
• Participation in meeting such as Pre-bid meetings, Technical and commercial clarification, negotiation meetings.
• Assist the Commercial & Business Support Manager for budgeting and cost estimation.
• Ensure the winning project handover process and follow procedure to Project Team.

• Responsible as an interface engineer between

Client (Medco EP) and Genesis Ltd. in providing local data/regulation for screening study of Kuala Langsa Field.

Working in line with the departmental standards to ensure required level of quality is maintained.

Use multi-dimensional measuring tools to obtain dimensions from existing components for reverse engineering.

Develop 3-D solid models from data acquired from existing components or from drawings, produce final 2-D manufacturing and casting drawings, and generate Bills of Material.

Project-manage manufacture of components to meet project delivery and quality standards.

Conducting project engineering review, producing project technical documentation, producing Bills of Material (BOM’s) on the EMIR system (Torishima Service Solution ERP system).

Producing technical requisitions / purchase orders for equipment and services on the EMIR system (Torishima Service Solution ERP system).

Pump & system design and data preparation. Able to prepared drawing of the pump hydraulic parts (impeller, guide vane, and pump casing for various type pump with ANSI an API standard) in the 3D modelling using CATIA and Solidworks.

Gain 3D modeling and CFD analysis of pump and fluid system, analyse the modeling data with by CFD software, to get the performane of our design hydraulic parts.

Assisting in the R&D daily task for prototype testing, to get the pump performance criteria.
Assist the supervisor in preparing pump test facility for cavitation, vortex flow, and impeler performance.
Involved in the production process of high technology and critical pumps, start from the design process for select the range of pump meet the desire operating condition, material selection, design and production drawing preparation; operation process for pump assembly, pump testing and commissioning, up to the finishing.
Support to the daily overhaul, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pump and systems.

Spesialize in overhaul (assembling and disassembling) centrifugal High Tech Pump, Boiler Feed Pump (split ring multistage centrifugal and barrel type), Boiler Circulation Pump, vertical mixed flow circulation pump. Assisting and able to conduct the line process in manufacturing high tech pump start from part preparation (penetrant test & water pressure test), assembling, clearance check.

Able to conduct performance witness test and able to analyse the pump curve, as the foundation for commisioning in the field.

Pump condition monitoring, able to check mechanical problem ike unbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness, resonance, soft foot, bearing problem, etc using vibration level

Prepared summary and evaluate of all issues relating to cost control matters of the project operations.

Assisting in create yearly budget and monthly forecasts.

Implement & maintain cost control system on daily basis.

Provide financial reporting, and prepare, manage and evaluate project monthly contact valuations.
