I guided and supervised my team in Procurement, Execution and Operation of Build Operate & Transfer (BOT) projects of State Highways on Toll / Toll +Annuity Basis. There were 03 projects of 150 kms length having 5 Toll Plazas.
I guided and supervised my team Procurement & Execution of ADB/ World Bank funded National & State Highways. The projects were in Hilly Terrain, Plains and Rolling Terrains.
I have been guiding my team into Procurement & Execution of Railway Civil Engineering projects like Rail Terminal Development Green Field projects, New Railway Terminal Buildings with amenities, Rail Track laying, Service buildings, PSC Bridges, Bridges with Box pushing method.
My job involves management of overall procurement to final handing over of primarily government infrastructure projects which requires indepth knowledge of Contract Conditions, Financial Feasibility, Assessment and Procurement of Material before tendering, Checking and Preparation of Tender documents, Bid submission & evaluation management & liaisoning, Site planning and overseeing execution.
I have to keep abreast with Quality requirements during execution so that there are no issues at the time of final completion & handing over.
I am dealing with lawyers in matters where Arbitration has to be initiated. I have dealt with arbitration & conciliation act 1996 in India. I have prepared Statement of Claims for projects and have also been key witness for the company in arbitration proceedings.

I have done 2 years Post Graduate Programme of Construction Management to understand the techniques of project construction management. The course was distant learning with course material being sent to the student and exams were finally done at Delhi Centre. It was great experience learning new vocabulary as I was already doing project management in my company.
Completed Bachelor of Architecture from College of Architecture which was faculty of Lucknow University and is now department of Architecture in A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow. Specification in Town Planning & Interior Designing as optional subjects.
