Job Profile:  Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders of supplies and equipment’s & take follow-up of it
 Control purchasing department budgets by fixing minimum stock level (MSL) & by control on physical stock & material consumption processes.
 Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
 Monitor cost tracking & vendor development and improve it by making negotiation & by making purchase rate contracts of project purchase, general purchase, various service contracts etc.
 Check the inward material quality & quantity as per invoice & PO as per the quality parameter in the quality check list OR check the quality of inward material from the respective dept. and take check & verified sign.
 Keeping online data entries updated of Q.C. report, GRN, MRS, Issue etc in ERP system.
 Make payment process by giving hard copies of GRN attached with Bill, PO & Q.C. report to the account dept.
 To keep & issue the material in stock according first in first out (FIFO) manner.
 Taking monthly, half yearly, yearly inventory physical stock of asset & store material as per requirement.
 Give quarterly physical stock of ABC class wise material & give report to the management.
 Provide reports like MIS, Stock statement, Inventory Ageing, Sale analysis, Cost & Consumption report of food & purchase as per management required.
