• Coordinate with external agencies to create and support in execute on shop activations
• Execute on shop activation following the trends and market changes to provide periodically feedback and input
• To be going for regular shop audit with the coordination with sales and retail team, fill template and send reports
• Identify the needs of Jotun way training and facilitate the sessions, specially the ladies ones.

• Assist in preparing & delivering the integrated communications plans, working closely with different product, brand managers and retail management teams on achieving the best mix for every project.
• Support the local marketing and communications teams with their requirements for executing local communication activities
• Seek consumer insight, identify customer needs and develop innovations/concepts.
• Execute analyses of customer needs and market situation
• Follow the Brand Strategy and develop plans and targets for the category and
ensure that these are communicated and known to the network.
• Responsible for packaging, cans, labels, codes and SKU's.
• Periodically provide sales analysis for the categories
