Carried out various grid related product development projects in international market. Executed various grid validation Studies, Test Plan Designs, and Economic / technical Feasibility Studies for renewable energies integration as per the stakeholders requirements. Applied modern grid integration workflows for optimizing product development plan of companys developed assets, and engineering industry practices required to improve production performance. Acted as a primary asset management engineer by coordinating with the Development, Validation and Service Departments on the testing and implementation of prototype wind turbines internally with the company standards and externally with industry standards. Collaborated with the sales unit on assuring optimal behaviour of company products against internal and external requirements. Continues update of the evaluation models with the newly acquired data and the power generation history matching, leading to de-risking the short to medium term product defectiveness. Close collaboration between the energy provider industry and the various grid operator levels (TSOs, DSOs, …etc.), to insure a stable gird product integration. And seamless communication with the development department to achieve the product release cycle targets. Key Accomplishments:
• Introduced cost-effective optimized evaluation plans achieving 40% cost reduction by cutting processing time to 90% of the original time.
• Devised strategic and tactical plans for integration of newly installed grid products and achieved 4testing and certification plans for various energy sources.
• Decisive validation management ensures the certification target deadlines are met, with the identification of the automation potentials for Data management and shareholders decision making process.
• Reduce company and project expenses by removing additional software licensing cost by 90% and reducing required evaluation resources of project technical data by 50% of the original needed time.
• Gained an in-depth understanding of Matlab Data analytic integrated studies including major certification projects; addressed the Data acquisition uncertainty challenges and executed the necessary integrated evaluation for software development tests.

• Improved the client understanding of ENERCON various products related to software updates and hardware upgrade through Workshops and Lab and free field demonstrational workshops, this work lead to the acceptance and the increase of installation rates of newly developed ENERCON wind turbine in CANDA, Netherland, France and Spain.
• Improved the direct client understanding of ENERCON product reaction related to grid events through the reduction of customer contact reaction time (with needed reporting for problem description and explanation) of about 20%.
• Maximised the efficiency of the study of critical wind farm project at weak grid connections techniques with performing optimization on the complete data acquisition system by reducing the needed storage (through the reduction of the amount of data transferred from the wind farm to the servicers) and automating the online Monitoring / evaluation and notification systems ( for high sampled data fs > 5kHz)
• Enhanced the simulation models of various software block models using HIL & lab testing Environment The dynamic simulation testing includes the following: o Functional software testing o Demonstrational software testing o Equaviance software/hardware testing
• Gained an in-depth understanding of the existing control strategies of the wind turbine, leaded to the registration of an invention for improving the existing control strategies by reducing reaction time and consumed energy.

Run the needed tests in accordance with the German norms in order to obtain a unit certificate (EZE-Certificate) and the planning of the needed technical information in order to manufacture the different ENERCON-solar-inverter configuration with respect to the national and international requirements, building a wind speed prediction tool using artificial neural networks and statistical model to be used in the energy management system (EMS) of different ENERCON products, doing the development test for different storage systems developed by ENERCON like the flywheel and battery storage system.
