Responsibilities :
• Leading the team to maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot all instrumentation and control systems, ensuring the plant's safe and efficient operation. Supervising technicians, planning and executing maintenance, overseeing calibration accuracy, managing spare parts, and supporting control systems like DCS and PLCs. Interpreting schematics, preparing records, and coordinating with other departments to optimize plant assets.

• Production Management:
o Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets.
o Develop and implement production schedules for maximum efficiency.
o Manage resource allocation and raw material inventory to support smooth operations.
• Team Leadership:
o Lead, train, coach, and motivate production teams, including managing shift rosters and performance.
o Ensure effective communication of goals and expectations to all production staff.
• Safety & Quality:
o Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
o Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet required standards.
o Conduct regular inspections of machinery and processes to ensure compliance and quality.
• Equipment & Maintenance:
o Oversee the performance of production machinery and schedule regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
o Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and support project execution.
• Problem-Solving:
o Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, process problems, and equipment malfunctions.
o Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting & Compliance:
o Compile and analyze production records and submit reports on performance and progress.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and internal engineering standards.
