A dedicated and resourceful Facilities and Operation Manager with over 14 years of experience in facilities & Operations Management, Managing total facilities management (hard and soft service) MEP, security, Cleaning & housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, health and safety, procurement, contract management, business development and proposals.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for facility management, operations, and maintenance, to ensure optimum performance of reducing operational costs, and maximizing return on investment.
• Monitor and control budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise a team of employees, contractors, and vendors in ensuring the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
• Collaborated with the HR department to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, resulting in zero compliance violations.
• Assess operations’ performance against contract compliance, meeting direct and indirect costs objectives, effective resource utilization, and attainment of client and company performance goals.
• Ensures the Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and landscaping strategy, principles, practices, and preventive programs are established, implemented, and managed to ensure sites perform all related work, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and resolution of issues quickly and effectively.
• Manage the department’s financials including a budget, manpower, the capital plan and all works associated or relative to these budgets, Plans and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
• use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
• Provide overall physical security support and direction to multiple business locations. Maintain a site-by-site overview of budgeting/spending, existing conditions, contact data, and location-specific information.
• Issue divisional guidance and oversee aspects involving: mechanical, electrical & civil engineering; logistics, security; custodial, pools project controls and business development, proposals and contracts.
• Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
• Determine the financial resources required to implement the facility management plan, including capital expenditures, operating costs, and revenue streams.
