• To issue site instructions in accordance with the Contract.
• To carryout inspections at site at regular intervals to asses the quality, progress and compliance to drawings and specifications of the Contract.
• To carryout of site inspections of materials and equipment as necessary within the UAE.
• To instruct the Contractor to take samples as required.
• To check that the Contractor prepares and maintains Project records including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals as the Works proceed.
• To prepare list of defects of all trades and issue instructions to check, search and rectify all defects by Contractor.
• To check and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals and other Project records and delivers.
• To ensure that the Contractor provides all warranties, guarantees, performance bonds and insurances as per the Contract.
• To instruct the Contractor to carryout all tests required to under the construction Contract.
• To prepare and submit to the Employer a preliminary handover report and assist the Employer in the handover process.
• To issue Taking Over Certificates.
• To confirm that all Works outstanding on the date of issue of Taking-Over Certificate have been completed and all defects previously notified to the Contractor have been remedied.
• To submit a report to the Employer within seven days of each such inspection giving details of the current status of Works completed, defects and remedied outstanding works and defects.
• To carryout the final inspection after the end of Defects Liability Period and prior to the issue of the Final Certificate to confirm that the Works have been carried out and completed in accordance with the construction Contract.
• Supervising 27 Buildings (G+5) Strip Footing Structural Buildings (shear wall & slab) and other finishing activities.
• Administer the terms of the construction Contract, and carryout regular inspections of the construction and material delivered to site to ensure that the Works are constructed in accordance with the construction Contract.
• Arrange weekly site meetings to monitor and discuss the progress of Works and other matters relating to construction of the Project including chairing the meetings, preparing and distributing minutes.
• Advise the Contractor of the Permits, Licenses, Certificates and the like required to be collected by the Contractor from the relevant Authorities and Departments and monitor the Contractor’s compliance.
• Prepare and submit to the Employer a progress report in such from and with such detail as the Employer shall reasonably require and which shall include color photographs.
• Respond to technical queries, clarifications, Request for Information (RFI) and the like raised by the Contractor.
• Issue site instructions in accordance with the Contract.

Al Mourie Project (14 Substations, 33-11KVA) - Baghdad
• Responsible for supervision and execution of the Project Items, excavation, head breaking and treatment, the concrete work, finishing and the MEP activities.
• To ensure the safety management for the site, consult with the Technical Team in preparing all the required shop drawings, and finally, participate in ensuring of the effective implementation of Quality Management System procedures with regard to the execution of the Project
• Checking and reviewing the quantity and specifications of required material for any project before sending any inquiries to Suppliers.
• Coordination between sending the inquiries for the supply of materials and program of works for any project.
• After checking and reviewing the quantity and specifications of the required material, inquiries will be sent to the Suppliers showing the quantity and required specifications of material and indicating the closing day for Tender.
• Received and review the quotation from the Suppliers and make the comparison sheet between the Supplier’s material specification and the project specification, checking the delivery period and payment terms and then nominate one Supplier.
• Prepares the LPO for the approved Supplier and arrange the necessary advance payment for the Supplier and other requirements.
• Follow-up the delivery of the materials to the Project.
• Supervising two Building (G+3), one Building (G+5) and one Building(G) Health Club (Sauna+ Steam+ Change Room+ Swimming Pool +Gym + Bath Room), Raft Footing, Structural Building, column, beam and slab system and other finishing activity.
• Assist the Client Representative in reviewing information from the Contractors’ Database and selecting contractors to be invited for bidding.
• Review the tender documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Check all tenders for completeness tabulate tender prices and prepare tender comparison tables.
• Undertake a technical and financial evaluation of tenders in accordance with Procurement Rules and the applicable guidelines.
• Undertake the engineering review of design prepared by the consultants.
• Assist with review of assessment reports and bills of quantities to ensure that sub-projects conform to the agreed planning and technical criteria.
• Provide the technical oversight for the procedures, information and systems used to generate the agency estimate.
• Prepare all contract documents for the approved ones.
• Check all requests for the variation orders and submit the recommendation to the Client Representative
• Supervising 50 villas GF (continuous footing, bearing walls and concrete slab system), with finishing activity, roads, precast fence and landscaping).
• Checking and approving submittals of (Drawing, Material Test Report, Supplier and work Program)
• Checking work progress at the site with program to ensure that (quality execution as per project specification and time.)
• Checking, reviewing and approved Main Contractor payments.
• Issue taking over certificate.
