 Coordinate weekly to consultant’s planning engineer
 Prepare project baseline schedule of the projects
 Updating the project schedule according to the progress at site
 Preparing weekly and monthly progress report
 Preparing shop drawing and materials submittal logs and updating it weekly
 Attend meetings regarding the progress of the project
 Coordinate and assist project managers and site engineers
 Identify project issues and risks and to recommend solutions in the project
 Support the technical department

 Prepare project time schedules based on contract, and recovery plan if necessary.
 Prepare progress weekly and monthly project reports.
 Track and monitor the project progress obtained from project engineers.
 Discuss to the Operations Manager the work progress and compare between the plan & actual progress.
 Prepare project budget and cash flows.
 Prepare contract Bill of Quantities based from tender drawings and material specification.
 Control and maintain proper project documentation system.
 Gather and ensure material submittals are all under specification and within budget.
 Process and review material requests and purchase orders.
 Tracking and record material requests and gather material quotations.
 Quantity take-off and estimate for all engineering discipline materials/items.
 Check and review shop drawings.
 Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for all engineering discipline for commercial and residential type of projects.
 Support project managers & engineers regarding technical issues of the projects.
