Responsibilities
• Handling network infrastructure related with major platforms and branches for business operations
• Supporting for all of related branches network issue and internet connection (DIA/Fiber/SIM/broadband) issues
• Providing and handling the end point security control for IT assets
• Centralized control for the Nodes and DIA line with Network Monitoring System (Server, Firewall, Switch, Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Access Point and so on)
• Configuration IPSec tunnel the Hub site and branch site with Palo Alto Firewall
• Policy enforcement and redesigning IT Security policies
• Managing and configuration Mobile Device Management (Centralized control) for the tablets
• Managing the Endpoint security and Mobile security and Firewall policies
• Administration the Office 365 and troubleshooting the users related issue
• Administration the Nextcloud user and access for each user
• Monthly check and payment process for billing (DIA, FTTH, Nextcloud, SIM data and so on)
• Control and manage for IT Assessments
• Planning budget for IT related projects
• 1st level support SAP B1 users and system issue
• Creating new report IFRS in SAP B1
• Integration and configuration SharePoint List and Power Automate for the payment form process
• Creation static website using Godaddy website service
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly report to HOD
• Manage and assign to team members

Responsibilities
• Managing the design, installation, and management of organization-wide local area network, network segment, and branch and hub site internet
• Managing the design, installation, troubleshooting and configuration IP CCTV System
• Optimizing network performance and reliability by maintaining hardware and software, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring availability to system users
• Executing the maintenance window changes for multiple locations, performing troubleshooting of routing and switching and wireless issues
• End point security policy for prevention organizations core data and information
• Troubleshooting and fixing network and software issues
• Identifying initiatives to improve the Integration and Technical Support sub process in line at SAP B1
• Executing to backup and restore, data check at MSSQL database
• POS 2nd level support and if beyond the 2nd level support, route this issue to the specific team and vendor
• Standby for daily report and shift leader report issue (PO number duplicate and closing report and so on)
• Daily check and reconcile CMS report and transaction detail with related station
• Monitor the CMS server and database server status (Latency, traffic, CPU usage and Memory usage)
