Managing the inside sales team
* Responsible for overall Lead generation and development
* Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their
potential
* Ensure proper and successful vendor registration with each possible Client
* Setting and tracking sales targets
* Represents the interface between Sales, Key Account,
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and
prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for

* Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and
prospective customer’s value to the organization.
* Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting
profile, share and value opportunities.
* Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services.
* Support the management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems
and interests.
* Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive
activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and
consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
* Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their
significance and plan their distribution.
* Open and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

* Generate, maintain and follow up of expiry list to ensure no due date gets pass
* File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

* Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
* Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management
systems, and performing bookkeeping work.
* Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
* Make travel arrangements, inclusive visa, flight, accommodation, and other arrangements
for executives
* Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by
executives, committees and boards of directors.
* Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and
housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
* Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
* Assist Managers in tender and quotation preparation
* Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word

made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

customers) in every transaction we handle.
* Get quotations from different shipping companies
* Arrange for the shipment and follow up shipment schedules.
* Handles all the incoming and out going documents for shipping company including
Bill of Lading.
* Coordinates with the appropriate personnel for the collection of data / documents.
* Arranging and preparing product samples to be send to customers through couriers.
* Follow up to the bank regarding TT transfers.
