• Managed the manpower strength of 2, 500 personal (staff & labours).
• Managed a HR Team of 10 personal (HR Clerks, Timekeepers, Camp Boss & Assistant Camp Team).
• Efficiently managed the manpower in the projects worth up to AED 350 Million for Clients such as Emaar,
Jacob/North 25, Empower, Nakheel, TDIC, Dubai Municipality Tabreed, Union Pipes Industry (UPI) Ruwais,
Command of Military Works and CH2M.
• Developed HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Handled boarding process for all staff and labour for past 8 years.
• Successfully implemented various HR Administration Process Online such as Online Leave Applications, Return
from leave process, Organizational Charts, End of Probation process, Employee Mobilization/Demobilization and
Exit Interview process.

Manpower Budgeting & Planning
