Was responsible for EXPORT materials. Was handling export plant direct materials, Indirect materials and stores.
Highlights
•Successful in achieving savings worth Rs. 22 lakh/year through reduction in the mould manufacturing costs.
•Effectively handled procurement of Hyderabad Presses, Finishing Machines, Test Equipments for the new plant & was successful in commissioning it within a record time of 6 months.
•Achieved savings worth Rs. 24 Lakh. through development of cost effective indigenized import substitutes for 6 major items.
•Accomplished reduction in number of vendors from 41 to 30 during 1998.
