Key Responsibility:
•Handle procurement for R& D Department Initially. Got apportunituty work along with design and production team to develop supplier for the new product.
•Analysis of manufacturing process and finalise best procedure for the each item.
•Handle procurement activity in main procurement department for electrical & mechanical items.
•Procured material like :
•Brought out items Gear box, sprocket, bearing, Hydraulic Compressor, Pneumatic pipe & fittings, guide rail, etc.
•Lathe, milling, CNC machined material, Gears, PVC, polycarbonate material like door, steel structure, etc.
•Electrical material like switch gear items from Schneider, Siemens, cable, PLC, Etc.
•SAP related work like- Raise po, Check stock in system, Assure material movement through SAP from Inward department to stores. Etc. Maintain inventory levels in limit.
•Co-ordination with design dept. for changes to improve design.
•Develop action plans to correct problems or adjust inventory levels accordingly to prevent shortages.
