Performed duties of construction management for the project which includes and not limited to: -

•Prepared the Project construction budget, follow up and monitoring the cost within the budget.
•Reviewing and monitoring management plan to the project.
•Coordination with all project stakeholders, Owner, Architect and Engineer, Supervision, Contractors.
•Evaluated and negotiated Variation orders.
•Reviewed and approve Monthly payments to all contractors.
•Performed all duties related to cost and time control such as, periodical and special progress meetings and monitoring time, cost and quality.

•Al Fanar Extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Execution of skeleton and concrete works.
•Dewatering shoring, tie backs, excavating, casting blinding etc….
•Study of structural elements such as rafts, column, retaining walls and
•Waffle slabs, etc. Shop drawing as well as actual site execution.
•Waterproofing membranes for various finishing items such as a ceilings,
•Paintings. stone and marble floorings wall claddings etc.. from the Contract drawings.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
In addition to planning and scheduling following are skills within the project management:-
•Study and review all Contract documents and controlling and monitoring modifications.
•Full control on supervision staff and monitoring their site acting and reviewing and taking decisions for their submitted recommendations.
•Full commitment with all Contract documents (such as Tenders, Specifications, Contract conditions, Shop drawing, B.O.Q’s ….etc)
•Managing different packages in the projects.
•Endeavour to maintain a working relationship between Consultant and Contractor and behalf of Employer.
•Establish procedures for expediting and processing request for information, shop drawings, material and equipment sample submittals, payment requests and maintenance of logs.
•Conducting co-ordination and progress meeting between all project’s parties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Primary responsibility of planning a particular Construction Job and overseeing its progress along the way.
•Sets up the estimates, the budgets and the Construction timetable for the client and develops the construction strategy.
•Select the Subcontractors, workers, and provide required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project. Coordinating and collaborating with all staff in the project.
•Directly participates in the activities that produce the end result of the Project, Coordinate, supervise and organize construction processes. Hire laborers with specialized experience to carry out individual components of the construction project. Organize the project logistically to ensure supplies and supervise projects and enforce local regulations and codes. Make certain program to the project stay on schedule, costs are minimized, and work is done as efficiently as possible.
