o Handled & responded to media queries
o Responsible for responding to other stakeholders’ (i.e. students, customers, prospective employees, etc.) queries on a daily basis
Modules studied included: - Public relations theory - International public relations practice - Marketing - Internet and social media - Research methods Achieved a distinction in the dissertation which forms a key module of the Masters degree. The dissertation topic was based on reputation management.
