o Planned & executed the corporate social media campaign
o Created content & managed RB’s social media assets such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Wordpress and Google+

o Managed RB’s online games to create greater engagement with target audience

o Worked with teams of nine countries to strategise & execute the global brand awareness campaign

o Developed case studies about RB’s Powerbrands
o Developed relationships with key stakeholders to promote case studies
• External communication
o Handled & responded to media queries
o Responsible for responding to other stakeholders’ (i.e. students, customers, prospective employees, etc.) queries on a daily basis
