➢ Manages the overall production team and processes with direct line to general manager
➢ Process flow implementation and its control from order acceptance thru to dispatch which is being measured thru implementation of computerized information systems for accurate reporting to customers as well as internal controls
➢ Manages waste in production process (production materials, overtime, etc.)
➢ Managing order process from receipt of order from Customer service to production and delivery, liaise closely with sales. Planning of production according to priority as communicated by sales
➢ Training new staff in print, pre-press and finishing
➢ Purchasing and maintenance of stock levels of print material, negotiating prices, ensuring monthly stock check
➢ Overall responsibility for arranging couriers and collection to be in line with customer requirements

➢ Managing the people and resources ensuring skills to be in line with requirements and manage staff development and training needs. Trains staff in print and pre-press

• Production Department (4 Machine Operator and 4 Assistant Operator)
• Finishing Department (1 for Stitching and 2 for Seaming)
• 3 Graphic Designers (for approval of designs and concepts)
• 1 Secretary (for checking of queries from clients)
• 1 Material Controller (for supervision of Ink and Media control)
• 2 Drivers for an on-time pick-up and delivery of materials and printing/signages
➢ Dealing with clients for approval of pricing/costing/estimate and concept proposal if not available
➢ Dealing with engineers from Vutek for machine trouble shooting, repairs and maintenance
➢ Reporting directly to the General Manager for production and concept/design update
➢ Responsible for materials inventory and printing update using Quickbooks
➢ Organized monthly reporting for submission to the finance department
➢ Designing images for Billboards, Banners and different Signages
➢ Checking client files using PC - based graphics and RIP programs
➢ Prepared job orders and supervised production staff for a timely delivery
➢ Planning and monitoring digital production department operations
➢ Inspecting digital image product to verify the specification, set up and adjustment to equipment

Printing of indoor sign such as Photo gloss, matte paper, backlit film and paper adhesive. Project lay outing, freehand brush (for streamer), silkscreen printing and manual sticker cutting.
